Shay is a psychologist, an author of 17 books and the founder of People First, an international training and consultancy group. His Winning Relationships^TM in the Workplace Programme has been used by Siemens, Sony, PepsiCoFoods, BAE Systems and others in Europe, the USA and South Africa.
