What are the opening times?
10am - 4pm on both days
I attended the show last year; will I automatically receive a badge?
No. We will require you to register for the Channel Expo 2010. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we have registration criteria and need to collect updated details from each attendee.
I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?
Badge emails will be sent out at the end of April 2010. If you don't receive anything after this date please contact the Channel Expo team.
What type of ID do I need to bring as I am in the process of setting up a business in the trade?
There is no need to bring ID with you, please register for the event online and bring your registration documents with you on the day.
What is the show about?
Channel Expo 2010 is about showcasing the latest products, services and technologies. It gives you the opportunity to meet the key decision makers within the UK IT channel, see the latest products and services and catch-up with your peers.
Where is the show?
The show is in the National Hall at Kensington Olympia, London
Who is exhibiting at the show?
A list of exhibitors will be published on the site nearer to the exhibition date.
Who should visit the show?
The Channel Expo 2010 is an event for: VAR, system builder/systems OEM, IT supplier, computer retailer, converged retailer, converged reseller, IT consultant, network reseller, e-business reseller, systems integrator/solutions provider, audio visual reseller, voice reseller.
Is there a catalogue?
Yes, there will be an exhibition guide on arrival at the Channel Expo 2010.
If I have registered for the exhibition can i attend on more than one day?
Yes, you can attend on both days

Can I register my colleague and/or friend?
Please send your colleague/friend the link to the website and ask them to register.
Can I visit the show if I'm not in the trade?
Unfortunately not. The Channel Expo is aimed solely at individuals within the UK IT reseller community.
Is there a charge for registering pre-show?
There is no charge for registering pre-show.
Is there a charge for registering on the door?
If you do not pre-register for the show you can still attend, however we charge a registration fee of £20.
Do i have to provide all of my personal details?
We ask that you provide all details in the registration form as we are audited and we need to ensure we have all of the relevant information from our attendees.
I don't want to be contacted after the show; how can I prevent this from happening?
If you do not wish to be contacted by Incisive Media or a third party company following this event, please ensure you tick the appropriate boxes at the end of the registration form.
I am a student; can I visit the show?
Unfortunately not. The Channel Expo 2010 is aimed at individuals within the UK IT reseller community.
Can my children visit the show with me?
No. Entry to the show is only for visitors who are 18 or over.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there are cloakroom facilities at Kensington Olympia.

Will there be anywhere that I can access the internet while I'm at the show?
Yes, there will be dedicated areas at the Expo where you will be able to access the internet.
Can I hire a wheelchair at the show?
Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at both venues, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7370 8818 for Earls Court and 020 7598 2411 for Olympia. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Please state whether you will be arriving at Earls Court One or Earls Court Two.
What is wheelchair access like at the venue?

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?
There will be a number of places where you will be able to buy food and drink. The venue has various facilities that sell anything from hot meals to sandwiches.
