Leading Entertainment Post Production Company Implements Industry's First 10GE Optical Wireless Transport Network - Powered by MRV

The Post Group, an entertainment post-production company, has chosen MRV TereScope® 10GE Free Space Optics (FSO) solution and has become the first announced customer of the industry's only 10 Gigabit Ethernet (GE) wireless networking system.

The TereScope 10GE is a wireless 10 Gigabit Ethernet FSO system, that delivers cost-effective and high-bandwidth wireless backbone network extension between multiple buildings without a need for rights-of-way or a fiber-optic cable plant. The TereScope 10GE enables the delivery of Ethernet private line (EPL), service as defined by the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) at full 10 Gbps line rate in addition to other fractional speeds.The Post Group is known as one of the best post houses in the world, providing post-production services for film, television and multimedia projects.
